Grenda Launches New Website

The launch of a new website is always a sign of change and Grenda is also changing. The new website corresponds with a renewed vigour to improve customer service. This website will make life easier for all Grenda customers. Improved navigation, better design and access to more information are just some of the improvements that can be expected.

However, what is creating most of the excitement is the secure client service being offered. This will allow clients to use the Grenda website to view their service requests. This includes past, present and future bookings. This information can than be sorted so that Grenda and clients can best maximise vehicle use and reduce overall cost. As part of this new service, clients will be able to make bookings online from any computer. E-mail confirmation of bookings will be sent within 24 hours even when booked after hours and on weekends.

Innovation is one of the key driving factors at Grenda and we currently have a few other projects in the pipeline. Grenda looks forward to making further exciting announcements in the near future.
